What is the difference between the 341 and 820 sq. in. pellet models?

Cooking area and physical size. The 341 sq. in. model is the compact unit for household and small commercial use; the 820 sq. in. model adds a 240 sq. in. removable upper rack and is built for larger batches. Both share the same 170–500 °F controller platform.

Does it need electricity to run?

Yes. The controller, auger and fan are electrically driven, so the unit needs a power supply. That is also why the electrical certification file is required alongside the grill body requirements.

How long does a full hopper last?

Burn time depends on hopper capacity, set temperature and ambient conditions. Hopper size is specified per project, and we quote expected burn time at 225 °F for the configuration being ordered rather than a generic figure.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 100 pcs per SKU for a standard build with custom colour and logo. Sample in 10–15 days, production 40–50 days after approval.

Can the controller be supplied for 220 V markets?

Yes. Controllers are specified per destination voltage, and the electrical file is prepared for that configuration. Voltage cannot be changed after certification without a new file.
