Hello, this is TEKL.

Today's lesson is: How do you use a smoker to grill and make delicious smoked meat?

A smoker is a common method of cooking meat. The end product of this process is grilled meat, a dish that is popular in almost all generations around the world. The reason roast meat is so delicious is that the smoke that permeates the meat creates its characteristic "smoky" flavor. Today, eating barbecue isn't just limited to restaurants. In fact, you can grill your own meat through a very simple smoking process. All you need is a smoker, charcoal, and cut meat, and you're good to go. Here's how to use Smoker's barbecue.

I. Prepare all required materials:

You need your smoking roast, meat and charcoal. For meat, you can marinate or marinate it. Usually, you'll marinate it with satay sauce and salt for more than half a day. For charcoal, you can also use wood shavings. Note, however, that not all wood chips can be used, as some will overburn the meat and cause bitterness. It's best to buy chips specifically for smoking.

2. Use a smoker:

The smoker has three parts -- the lid that goes over the grill, the grill itself that holds the meat, and the furnace that holds the charcoal. In one corner of the grill, place an aluminum plate. Add a small amount of water so that it still has moisture while you smoke the meat. The pot will also catch water droplets (originally gravy) that fall off the lid. Add charcoal or wood chips to the furnace. Note that for wood chips, you will need to soak them in water for 30 minutes before adding them to the furnace. After adding kindling, you light them with a match or lighter to start the fire. Wait a while until the top layer of the inducer (charcoal/wood shavings) has turned red.

3. Put the meat on the grill:

When the firebox is hot enough, you add the meat to the grill. Turn the meat over occasionally to ensure that both sides of the meat cook evenly. You can also use a brush to dip the meat in barbecue sauce. It usually takes about 30 minutes to cook a portion of meat completely. However, this depends on the thickness of the meat. You can check if the meat has been cooked by measuring its internal temperature. It should be around 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. Add more charcoal or wood shavings:

Since the fire inducer may be burnt or completely used up, it is best to add charcoal every hour to keep the fire going. Add the roast to the pan. After sucking the meat, you can put it in a pan ready to serve.

5. Clean up:

After you've finished all the prepared meat, let the charcoal cool for about an hour. Then treat them, and then clean the smoker's barbecue equipment. Now that you know how to use a smoker, go to the market and buy all the ingredients needed. Start smoking the meat and be ready for your neighbors to eat with you. Of course, no one can resist the smell of grilled meat.
